- A Film Direction graduate from the FTII, Anurag Goswami is a screenwriter/director based in Mumbai.
He grew up in Lucknow. Moved to Singapore in pursuit of a Software Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore. However, after a brief stint at a consulting firm post-graduation, his love for storytelling and films brought him to FTII, Pune.
While in film school, his short film ‘Surang’ played in the Indian Panorama at the IFFI, Goa. His diploma film ‘Kaun Kamleshwar?’ won Best Short Film at the London Indian Film Festival.
He moved to Mumbai in 2012. His very first stint here was as one of twelve directors who came together to make 'The Last Act' - India's First Collaborative Feature Film produced by Large Short Films in association with Sudhir Mishra and Anurag Kashyap.
