Biography

Dr. Desi Williams is a television host, actress, and reality competition champion whose credits span unscripted television, lifestyle and educational programming, and competition reality. She is known for competing on three CBS reality series: *Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers*, *The Challenge: USA*, and *The Challenge: USA 2*, where she was crowned the female champion. She also serves as the host of the HBCU episodes of Amazon Freevee's *The College Tour*.

Desi first entered the reality television world as a castaway on Season 35 of CBS's *Survivor*. She later competed on the inaugural season of *The Challenge: USA*, advancing to the final, before returning for Season 2 and winning the competition.

Beyond reality television, Desi is an experienced on-camera host and actress. As host of the HBCU episodes of *The College Tour*, she brings her own HBCU experience to a series that showcases college campuses and the stories of students across the country. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and previously served as an Assistant Professor at Hampton University, giving her a distinctive combination of entertainment experience, education, and health and wellness expertise.

Before transitioning into entertainment, Desi was Miss Virginia USA 2016 and a Top 10 finalist at Miss USA 2016. She previously served as Miss Virginia 2013 and competed in the Miss America competition, in addition to holding the titles of National Sweetheart and Miss Hampton University.

Desi relocated to Los Angeles in 2017 to expand her career in television and entertainment and continues to work across hosting, acting, unscripted television, and branded media.
