After graduating from Lucy C. Laney high school, Lamar pursued his dreams of becoming a filmmaker by attending Full Sail University where he earned an Associates in Digital Cinematography in 2017. Since then, Lamar has been working tirelessly to build his career in the industry.
Lamar is a visionary director, with a keen eye for detail and a unique ability to tell captivating stories that inspire and entertain audiences. His love for art in general extends beyond filmmaking, as he enjoys painting and skating in his free time.
In addition to his work as a director, Lamar freelances mostly as a 1st AC (Assistant Camera) in the film industry, honing his skills and gaining valuable experience on various sets.
With a strong desire to one day direct his own features, Lamar is focused on building a body of work that showcases his talent and creativity. He draws inspiration from the movies and TV shows that transported him to different worlds as a child, and he hopes to do the same for future generations with his own work.
