Cali Wang is an Emmy-winning artist and composer whose work explores the experimental soundscapes and immersive acoustics. Specializing in a signature "dreamy organic" aesthetic, she bridges the gap between human, acoustic elements and synthetic textures.
Her standalone releases include the HIMA-nominated Elephants by the Shore (2022), the experimental album OMG (2024), and the upcoming electroacoustic EP HAPAX (2026). Her recent credits include Cheyenne (TIFF 2026), Japanese feature Imaginary Dogs and Lying Cats (2025) and Apple TV’s HOME (2022), which earned her the 2023 Daytime Emmy for Best Original Composition.
She's also the recipient of the 2024 ASCAP Michelle and Dean Kay Award, the 2021 SESAC Reel Change Fund, and the 2018 BMI Carpenter Fellowship.
