  • Obadiah Brown-Beach attained his Master's in Scoring for Film, TV, and Video Games from the Berklee College of Music. He's worked as a senior composer for 6 years at the production company Hexany Audio in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to that, he worked as a freelancer as well as for Bear McCreary's Emmy-Winning team, Sparks & Shadows, and plays a recurring role as a guitarist, composer, and orchestrator with his friend Xueran Chen at NEM Studios.

    Obadiah won a Hollywood Music in Media Award in 2023 for his work on the game Arknights, and was nominated 3 previous years for Best Song/Score for a Mobile Game. He, alongside esteemed collaborators, won a Game Audio Network Guild Award, as well as a gold medal at the Global Music Awards for his work on the score for Honor of Kings 2.0. His music, guitar playing, and singing has been featured on popular games and TV shows throughout the US and China.

    He created the original score and sound design for two-time winner of the Pocket Gamer Connects Big Indie Pitch Award, Ahovelware Games for their mobile releases Zombie Match Defense and Squeelings. He also ranked as a top 10 finalist in the 2015 Marvin Hamlisch Film Scoring Competition for his music for the animated short, "Flip".

    Obadiah enjoys noodling on his guitar, drinking too much coffee, and hanging out with his cat, Persephone.
