Alexandra Olivia Engelson

Alexandra Olivia Engelson is a New York born and raised, Union Costume Designer, Producer, Award-Winning Screenwriter, and Advocate. As an inclusive multi-hyphenate storyteller, she believes the powers of film, tv, theatre, books, and art can help shape and change the world. Part of her mission is to ensure all voices are heard and seen behind the camera as well as in front of it; from people of color to women to people with mental illness to people with a disability. All are encouraged, supported, and welcome on her projects. Alexandra wholeheartedly believes in the art of collaboration. Not one person has the golden ticket, but together through collaboration, you can create the golden ticket. She knows, together we can all be more inclusive storytellers, through costumes, writing, and filmmaking.
