- Born in Charlotte, NC, Jay Burkholder grew up studying the dramatic arts from the ages of 5 to 19. Most notably, Jay attended North Carolina's Governor's School West in 2016 and graduated from Penn-Griffin School for the Arts in High Point in 2017. They decided to attend the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for Theatrical Arts in 2017, but after a change in interest, dropped out of university. After a brief stint with music and short films, Jay decided to return to UNCG in 2019 to finish their degree, this time behind the camera in Media Studies. Jay began working in sports broadcast soon after and eventually found their way into the world of esports in 2022. Jay graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts and a position as a broadcast producer for esports tournaments. They are most known for their short films on YouTube under Be Kind Films and their work in collegiate and high-school esports as @704_not_found.
