Claudia Placer is an American actress active in film and television, originally from Texas. She began her artistic training at the Municipal School of Theater in Madrid, attending from 2013 to 2019, which laid the foundation for her early entry into acting. Placer's career launched in 2015 with television appearances, including a role as a young Magi Civantos in the series Vis a vis. Her first major film role came at the age of nine when she starred in the horror feature Verónica (2017), directed by Paco Plaza, marking a significant milestone in her career.

Following this breakthrough, Placer expanded her repertoire with roles in various genres, including the drama Alegría, tristeza (2017), the thriller La Influencia (2018), and the short film Miedos (2017), for which she received critical acclaim. Her performance in Miedos earned her the Best Young Actress award at the Torremolinos Fantastic Film Festival and recognition as an emerging talent at the Cabra Audiovisual Creation Contest.
