Biography

Ai Furihata is known for Love Live! Sunshine!! (2016), Love Live! School Idol Festival (2013) and Colorful Stage! The Movie: A Miku Who Can't Sing (2025).

She has a Grade 3 Penmanship Transcription Test Certificate and a Grade 2 Word Processing Test Certificate.

She is very skilled in drawing. She animates her original characters and voices them during her free time.

She was previously the only one in the Aqours cast with an Android phone (everyone else had an iPhone). She switched to an iPhone because everyone was sharing photos through AirDrop and she was being left out.

Like her character Ruby Kurosawa from Love Live! Sunshine!! she is a self-described crybaby. After her audition for Love Live! Sunshine!!, she cried to the point of having to be comforted by Director Sakai.
