A Creative Designer & Illustrator with 13+ years of experience (5+ in the Animation Industry). For Nelvana studios I served as a background painter for two award winning children's TV shows. My work led to invitations to contribute to several in-studio development projects and opened the door to children's book illustration. Expertise includes background painting, visual development, character design. illustration and graphic design for various media, all complimented by strong traditional fine art skills. Whether I'm working on a TV production, a children's book illustration project, or something completely different, I bring the same thing to every project: genuine curiosity about the story we're telling and enthusiasm for figuring out the best way to tell it visually.
