Rohith Chandrasekhar is an Indian filmmaker and Chief Associate Director working in the Malayalam film industry. An engineering graduate from Government Engineering College, Calicut, he transitioned into filmmaking with a passion for visual storytelling.
Over the years, he has collaborated with filmmakers including Girish A. D., Nahas Hidayath, T. K. Rajeev Kumar, B. Ajithkumar, Sangeeth P. Rajan, and K. R. Manoj. He has also worked with leading production houses such as Wayfarer Films (Dulquer Salmaan), Bhavana Studios (Dileesh Pothan, Syam Pushkaran and Fahadh Faasil), Collective Phase One (Rajeev Ravi), and Happy Hours Entertainments (Sameer Thahir and Shyju Khalid). His feature film credits include I'm Game, Premalu, Sookshmadarshini, and Palthu Janwar, serving in key creative and production leadership roles, including Chief Associate Director.
Before working in mainstream feature films, Rohith directed award-winning short films that were screened at several national and international film festivals. His feature screenplay, "Yami", was selected for HessenLab 21 in Frankfurt, Germany.
