Biography

Sharon Adamus grew up in Rahway, New Jersey, the daughter of Andrew and Constance Adamus. After a promising debut as Touslehead the Angel in her first grade Christmas play, she retired from acting for decades until returning in a community theater production of The Sound of Music in 2011. She has performed regularly on the stage since then. After gaining on-camera experience in background roles, she began acting in film and television in 2017. Her first speaking role on network television came in a 2018 episode of the Investigation Discovery series The Perfect Suspect (2017). Since then, she has worked steadily on screen as well as on stage. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
