I'm a video journalist and documentary filmmaker dedicated to producing narratives that spark conversation and leave an impact. I've been at the helm of video teams and launched YouTube channels for NowThis, Splinter, and The Root, producing some of the most widely viewed short docs and explainer pieces in digital media.
Recently I co-produced the PBS NOVA film Crypto Decoded and produced and hosted "Glad You Asked" for Vox, receiving two Emmy Nominations.
When not immersed in storytelling, I'm an adjunct at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism and support Video Consortium, the world's largest nonfiction film nonprofit.
