Lindsay Rush was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

She is a Talent Producer on the hit show, "America's Got Talent," where, for the last 9 seasons, she has discovered and cast some of the show's most popular and most successful music acts (and others). Her acts include, but are not limited to: . Country Artist, Drake Milligan . Country Trio, Chapel Hart . Girl Group, XOMG Pop! (Created by Jessalynn and JoJo Siwa) . 7-year old viral dance sensation, Eseniia Mikheeva . 9-year old diva, Celine Tam . Big 4 college basketball star/Rapper, Flaujae Johnson.

She used to be a recording artist. She has toured extensively, including 4 years with Rock legend, Pat Benatar.

In 2007 the town of Gaithersburg, Maryland declared October 5th, "Lindsay Rush Day." She is the only person in the town's history to have a day named in her honor.

She has written songs for numerous artists, including Disney stars, Laura Marano and Sabrina Carpenter. Her song, "Right Now" appears on Sabrina Carpenter's debut album, "Eyes Wide Open.".

Lindsay loves to flip furniture in her spare time.

Lindsay has stated that song lyrics and ideas often come to her while she is asleep. This is true of the song, "Right Now," which she cowrote for Sabrina Carpenter's debut album, "Eyes Wide Open" (Disney/Hollywood Records). "I was jolted awake by this really twisty line...'The present is our future past. We've got to make this moment last...Right Now." Fortunately, I was alert enough to chat it down. I held onto it because I knew it was meant for something special. The day that Sabrina and I met, I sang the line to her and suggested that we write a song about living in the moment (she had so much going on at the time - taping her Disney Channel show, "Girl Meets World," while simultaneously making her first album - and she was only 14). She loved it, I was thrilled, and the rest of history.
