Biography

Julia Weisberg is a writer, director and producer best known for her film 'Desde la Tierra muerta.' Some of her other more notable works are the films 'Our Leading Lady' and 'El Río Rojo.' Julia studied screenwriting at Loyola Marymount University and graduated 2021. Julia is heavily involved in both the Latina and female filmmaking communities which has afforded her the tools to pursue personal stories rooted in identity and womanhood. Julia is based in between Los Angeles and Mexico City.
