Gaurav Khati is an Indian filmmaker, writer, and director whose work spans feature films, web series, and short films. He began his career as an assistant director on several notable projects, including Aashram (2020-2021, MX Player), Kaagaz (2021, ZEE5), and Shiksha Mandal (2022, MX Player), collaborating with acclaimed directors such as Prakash Jha and Syed Ahmad Afzal.
His directorial debut Tibba, a feature film starring Adah Sharma, Darsheel Safary, and Sonali Kulkarni, under Dancing Shiva Films is set to release. In 2024, he directed an untitled project shot in Banaras with Urban Boat Films, starring Anushka Kaushik, Omkar Kulkarni, and Chayan Chopra.
His short film Dunali received multiple accolades, including selections at international film festivals such as the New York Istanbul Short Film Festival, Vesuvius International Film Festival, and London International Motion Picture Awards.
