Attorney Lee Morin founded Morin Legal in 2013 and has since grown the Firm into a preeminent small business and entertainment boutique firm. Morin Legal has routinely served independent small business owners in the creative and creative-adjacent sectors helping them to achieve their dreams of freedom and independence.
Attorney Morin is uniquely talented in copyright law, trademark law, small business law, corporations, and contracts, having taught complex subjects to non-lawyer pupils as an adjunct professor for her alma mater, Georgia State University College of Law. When she is not representing copyright holders, trademark owners, or small businesses or financiers, she aids producers and production companies in content creation and taps into affiliated contacts at premier talent agencies, consulting and production companies to develop, package, and pitch shows for streaming, broadcast, or theatrical release.
In 2023, Attorney Morin became a volunteer instructor for Brandywine Cares, Career $hift Small Business Bootcamp, where she teaches small business owners the legal basics for business organization. Attorney Morin is also an accomplished writer, having penned articles for the American Bar Association and other publications. For 10 years, Morin Legal published a newsletter read by entertainment professionals, called Good Tidings.
