Victor Eustaquio is a Portuguese film festival director and producer known for his leadership in the international short film circuit. Since 2018, he has served as director and head programmer of the Independent Shorts Awards, Indie Short Fest, and IndieX Film Fest in Los Angeles. He previously directed the Calcutta International Cult Film Festival and collaborated with events such as the Virgin Spring Cinefest and Cult Critic Movie Awards. In addition to his festival work, Eustaquio has produced independent films. Through both programming and production, he has built a career dedicated to spotlighting independent filmmakers and bringing diverse voices to international audiences.
