Biography

Machico was born on March 25, 1992 in Kure, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. She is an actress, known for WorldEnd: What Do You Do at the End of the World? Are You Busy? Will You Save Us? (2017), Roll Over and Die (2026) and Uma Musume: Pretty Derby (2018).

Her fame rise since the release of the single "fantastic dreamer" on January 27, 2016, which was used as the opening theme for the first season of KonoSuba.

Her real name is Machiko Saito.

She made her media debut in 2012 when she was chosen to perform the song "Magical Happy Show!", which was used as the theme song to the 2012 visual novel Supipara: Alice the Magic Conductor and the single for "Magical Happy Show!" was released on May 23, 2012.

Her career began after she participated in the 36th Horipro Talent Scout Campaign in 2011, where she was a finalist, losing to Azusa Tadokoro.

She debuted as a voice actress on 2013, voicing Tsubasa Ibuki in The iDOLMaSTER: Million Live!.
