El Sebaii graduated the high cinema institute based in Cairo,Egypt (Directing Major) before he made his debut as an actor in the film Clash (Eshtebak) , that was officially selected by the Cannes film festival "uncertain regard" competition. playing Zein El-Attar a revolutionary camera man that was taken and held prisoner in the police car along with many others from different places and mindsets and political views. on the most dangerous day in Egyptian revolution against the Muslim brotherhood regime
