Neil McLarty is a filmmaker, script supervisor and screenwriter based in Saltaire, West Yorkshire. He grew up in rural Dumfries and Galloway in South-West Scotland before relocating to Yorkshire for University. He started script supervising in 2016, working on an NFTS graduation film and is a product of Screen Yorkshire's Bootcamp and Skill-Up programmes. Neil is now a guest lecturer in script supervision at the Northern Film School in Leeds and the NFTS in Leeds. He has won several festival awards for his screenwriting.
