Manteca is a Canadian jazz fusion band. It was formed in 1979 by Matt Zimbel and Henry Heillig.
Current band members include Art Avalos, Colleen Allen, Charlie Cooley, Mark Ferguson, Will Jarvis, Jason Logue, Nick Tateishi, Doug Wilde and Matt Zimbel.
Former members include Aaron Davis, John Johnson, Gordon Sheard, Wayne Baker, Rick Tait.
Their self-titled first album came out in 1980. In 2016 Manteca released their 12th album, "The Twelfh of Never".
