Often mistaken with a few other actors by the name "Javed Khan".

Javed Khan has his own school named " Grandmaster Javed Khan's Fighting Arts Academy International". He has offices in America, India and Dubai.

Migrated to America and is a police officer in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.

A 9th Degree Black belt in Taekwondo; creator and founder of Khan Do Kwan a street effective real world fighting system. Javed helped train several Bollywood actors such as Fardeen Khan, John Abraham, Bobby Deol, Akshay Kumar among others in the Martial Arts. Javed has trained thousands of students in the martial arts world wide and continues to help women around the world empowering them through WARDA Women Against Rape & Domestic Abuse program which he created and developed. Javed also trains police officers in the US as well as other countries and certifies them in his KPCT Khan Do Kwan Police Control Tactics program which he also created and developed. Javed has also trained several special units of the military in several countries around the world in unarmed fighting tactics.

The karate coach in the film Zaalim played by Javed Khan, would go on and accuse Akshay Kumar of hiding the fact that he was trained by him. Akshay denied personally knowing Javed Khan and said Javed was just another extra on the film set. Javed stated that Akshay personally requested Javed to train him. Javed would also go on to say Akshay is lying saying he does not have a black belt in martial arts . Javed had challenged Akshay for a martial arts fight. He would also say Akshay only stayed in Bangkok for 7 days, and not 7 years. Akshay declined saying he cant accept challenges from random people.
