- Born in West Los Angeles to Iranian parents. Completed a filmmaking program at the New York Film Academy in Burbank in 2007. Attended the Los Angeles Film School from 2014-2015, and received an Associates Degree for Filmmaking. He has acted in independent features and short films since 2013. Alex began doing Stand-Up Comedy in 2015, and released his first one-hour special "Tell Me I'm Wrong" in 2024. He is also an author, and has published two books: "Rotting: Poetry, Prose, & Notes from 2011-2017" (2018) and his debut novel "Tick" (2022).
