Russian-born Emirati entrepreneur Pavel Durov is known for founding the social networking site VK (often used as a Russian Facebook) and the app Telegram Messenger. He is also known as one of the non-public people who rarely gives interviews and appears at social parties. In 2021, Russian documentary filmmaker Rodion Chepel tried to analyze personality for the film Durov (2021).
