Arthur Khashadourian is an Armenian-American actor, writer, and director. Born in Tehran, Iran, to Armenian parents, he moved to the United States at the age of thirteen alongside his family. His mother, Aida, is an electrical engineer. His father, Raymond, is a physicist and C.E.O. of an industrial corporation. Arthur grew up in Glendale, California, where his passions for film and American culture were ignited by frequently watching American movies and TV shows, which taught him the English language as a result.
His first opportunity to bring his ideas to the silver screen came at Clark Magnet High School, where he graduated with honors. A versatile student-athlete, Arthur played basketball, tennis and soccer all four years of high school, as well as a brief spell in college, during which time he picked up soccer as his main sport. He attended California State University, Northridge, earning a Bachelor's in Screenwriting and Cinema/Television Arts.
A multi-lingual, Arthur is fluent in English, Armenian, Persian, and semi-proficient in Spanish. His experience across multiple continents has made him well-versed in different cultures, traditions, and history, which he incorporates into his cinematic work.
Although primarily an actor, Khashadourian is equally ardent about writing/directing. His repertoire behind the camera includes work as writer, director, cinematographer, producer, second unit assistant director, and production assistant on several independent films.
Arthur resides in Los Angeles, constantly working on new projects.
