- Princi Sandeep Lakra is a filmmaker and actor from Jharkhand, India , trained at the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, where he completed a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Acting. His multidisciplinary work spans acting, casting, production, camera and scripting across feature films, short films, documentaries, television and digital media.
His acting credits include Anna, Powai, Alif and Khushion Ka Vyapari. Powai had its world premiere at the Moscow International Film Festival, screened at several international and Indian festivals, and won Best Screenplay at the New York Indian Film Festival. His casting credits include the series Paatal Lok and Pumpum.
His filmmaking experience extends beyond performance into production, camera, scene design and script development, with practical exposure to the broader filmmaking process through his training and professional work. He has also conducted acting workshops in Mumbai and Ranchi and has experience teaching filmmaking, scriptwriting and screen acting.
