- Ricky started acting on stage as a child at 'The Springer Opera House'. One memorable role he is proud of is that of the Emperor in 'The Emperor's New Clothes'.
- Ricky began his broadcasting career working behind-the-scenes at local television stations: WLTZ-TV38(NBC), WRBL-TV3(CBS), & WTVM-TV9(ABC). He began in radio at WKCN Kissin'99.3 (McClure Broadcasting) as the Late Night Show Host from Midnight 'til 6am.
- Ricky is a double-leg amputee, having lost his left-leg in an emergency amputation on December 6, 2014, due to Necrotizing Fasciitis (fleshing-eating disease) from a hiking trip in Wyoming & North Dakota. He lost his right-leg on May, Friday the 13th, 2022 due to bone disease that was associated with the flesh-eating disease.
- Ricky performed LIVE on Broadway in 2023 and won a 'Danny Award' via the Daniel's Music Foundation in association with the Grammys and Sony Music/ The Orchard.
- Ricky is an award-winning voice over actor. He has lent his voice to video-game, animation, audio-books, film & television projects, as well as broadcasting commercials. Ricky created 'Studio b.Vox' to partner with clients to voice their VO project needs.
