Biography

Noe Lierandi Pimentel

Mini bio

  • Noe Llerandi Pimentel, was born to Noe and Amalia Pimentel on May 9, 1932, in Orizaba Veracruz, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States in May of 1957. He then began working at a family-owned printing shop in Los Angeles.

In Sept. of 1959, Noe began his career at the General Motors Van Nuys plant, where he served as a lead man for the assembly line for 33 years. In December of that year, he met the love of his life, Celia Malpica; and 15 days later they were married, on Dec. 30, 1959. Noe and Celia enjoyed 51 years of marriage. Shortly after retirement in 1991, Noe and Celia moved to Tehachapi California. In Dec. 1993, they proudly became naturalized citizens of the United States.

Noe enjoyed nothing more than attending his grandchildren's athletic events and found great pleasure in spending time in the outdoors with his family and friends, most notably, hunting and fishing trips to Silver Lake and Gorman, California.

He leaves behind his wife, Celia; and his sisters, Araceli and Lupita; his oldest son and daughter-in-law, Noe, Jr. and Laura; youngest son, Michael; and grandchildren Alexander Raye Pimentel, Andrea, Shawny, Hannah, and Hailey.
