Vanessa Moore(III)

Vanessa Moore originally hails from Longmont, Colorado where she started ballet with the Longmont Dance Theatre Academy (formally Longmont Dance Theatre) at age 3. She began her studies with Kristin Kingsley (Kansas City Ballet) with George Balanchine's training technique. By the age of 10, Moore was already advancing on to pointe and landing lead roles in ballets such as The Nutcracker, Pinocchio, Hansel and Gretel, and Alice in Wonderland. Moore continued her studies with the Milwaukee Ballet as a teenager. in the summers. By 16, Moore was accepted by the Joffrey Ballet as a professional trainee and moved away from home to New York City. Her first summer with the Joffrey, Moore landed a nationwide AMEX commercial as a principal dancer, which opened the doors to her T.V/Film, modeling and singing career. In the past 5 years, Miss Moore has been working on her first few albums as a recording artist and song-writer, and also as an actress, painter, and model working with industry icons such as Tony Bennett, Morgan Freeman, Martin Scorsese, Mick Jagger, James Purefoy, Kevin Bacon, Robert De Niro, and many others. Moore's most recent projects include her first music video 'Brand New Key' which will be released this fall. Moore continues to work in T.V and film as an actor and dancer, and will be releasing her first album this year. Miss Moore just recently moved to Connecticut where she's been filming a documentary on her life with photographer and professional drummer, Mark Cerniglia, which will also be released this year. Moore loves working with children and teaching ballet, incorporating acting and eclectic music and genres.
