Liza van der Smissen

Liza is a film producer and founder of the Female Film Club, a global membership organisation supporting thousands of filmmakers. Since 2020 the Female Film Club has grown to have thousands of members from 70+ nationalities. It has multiple international film funds and has been featured in Forbes and Variety. It delivers weekly live and online events focussing on mindset, network, tech&AI, and skills alongside ongoing professional programming and partnerships that advance careers in the UK and internationally. Liza is also a festival judge and speaker for selected events and festivals, as an EFT Tapping and NLP professional, she helps filmmakers not only build a long lasting strategy, but also regulate their nerve system so they can work from a grounded place.
