Biography

Jami Rhodes is a screenwriter originally from Norristown, Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia. She earned her MFA in Screenwriting from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, where she lived from 2012 to 2018 while pursuing her passion for storytelling.

Having lived in Atlanta, New York City, Los Angeles, and Reno, Rhodes draws on diverse life experiences to shape character-driven, socially aware narratives. She is focused on building a career in television, drawn to the medium’s ability to explore complex characters and layered worlds in depth.
