Appointed Chief Prosecutor for Tulsa District Attorney under District Attorney for Tulsa county William D. Lafortune 1996-1998. Appointed Special Prosecutor by Tulsa District Attorney Chuck Richardson 1999. As an attorney for the state of Oklahoma and as a criminal defense attorney, I have prosecuted and Defended thousands of cases and have tried over 36 jury trials including 5 death penalty cases with 4 death penalty convictions. Prosecuted the first two dual jury Death Penalty cases in Oklahoma and I have secured over 38,000 years in convictions as a prosecutor.
