Jesy Odio is a Costa Rican-born producer and creative executive with over eight years of experience across film, TV, and digital media. She works production at Fujifilm, she specializes in building scalable production systems and supporting visionary directors and artists.
Her feature films "Black Bear" and "Every Day in Kaimuki" have premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and she has produced short films under initiatives supported by Google, Netflix, Paul Feig's Powderkeg, and Cate Blanchett's Dirty Films, including one directed by Rosario Dawson.
Jesy is a Sundance Institute Creative Producers Fellow and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. She is drawn to original voices and bold, irreverent storytelling that challenges convention and sparks conversation. An active industry mentor and speaker, she has appeared at LALIFF, Palm Springs ShortFest, NerdWallet, and DoorDash events.
