Leah Dean Cohen was born and grew up in the 5th Arrondissement of Paris, France. Where she studied literature, film theory, and post-production. She then moved to Vancouver, B.C. in 2014 and graduated from the Vancouver Film School specializing in Directing and Cinematography. Since then she has worked as a Cinematographer on a feature length documentary, multiple music videos and other independent projects alongside directing her own experimental pieces.
