Gabriel Gelbrecht

Gabriel Gelbrecht is a Los Angeles-based sound designer and mixer of Panamanian and Mexican heritage, recognized for his work on acclaimed animated series including Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, Tiny Toons Looniversity, and Stillwater. His work on Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur earned a Children's & Family Emmy Nomination in 2023, while Stillwater received a prestigious Peabody Award for its thoughtful storytelling and impact. A graduate of the Los Angeles Film School, Gabriel brings a refined technical skillset and a deeply creative sensibility to every project. Drawing from his multicultural background, he crafts immersive soundscapes that elevate narrative and emotional storytelling across a range of genres. When he's not in the studio, Gabriel enjoys playing piano, DJing, golfing, snowboarding, and spending quality time with his family.
