Caio Cortonesi is a Brazilian film director, writer and musician.
Born in Brasília, Brazil, he first became known in the 2000's as a prominent music producer, working with several dozen rock acts from Brazil and abroad. His pursuit of a film career began as an editor and post technician in TV and advertisement, until he began directing in 2009.
Since then he directed, wrote, photographed and edited countless music videos and commercials, as well as several short films.
A self-taught multimedia artist, Caio Cortonesi is also an actor and composer.
