Celia Aniskovich is a New York-based director, producer, and storyteller whose work spans film, television, and audio. She began her career as an NBC Page before moving into documentary and narrative filmmaking, later founding Dial Tone Films.
Her credits include Netflix standouts How to Fix a Drug Scandal and Fear City: New York vs. the Mafia, Lifetime’s Surviving Jeffrey Epstein, BURN IT DOWN! (BFI London Film Festival premiere), Discovery+’s Fruitcake Fraud (Realscreen nominee), HBO Max’s Beanie Mania, and Call Me Miss Cleo (Astra Award nominee). She also created the Wondery podcast Spy Affair.
In 2024, two of her short documentaries - Facing the Falls (executive produced by Hillary and Chelsea Clinton) and Taking Back the Groove (executive produced by Raekwon of Wu-Tang Clan) - qualified for Academy Award consideration. Her latest feature documentary, The Merchants of Joy, premiered on Amazon Prime this past Christmas. In 2026, she co-produced the Academy Award winning live-action short film, The Singers. She is also the founder of Switchboard Magazine, a nonfiction digital publication and IP incubator. Aniskovich graduated from Fordham University and is a life-long New York Mets fan. She is repped by CAA.
