Taste is the moat in cinema. Money can be raised. Technique can be taught. Connections can be manufactured. Taste cannot. My edge is taste. The ability to choose what matters, cut what does not, and build something that feels inevitable on screen.

Before film, I came up through business. Sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. I ran an experiential marketing and production company before moving deeper into film production work. That background still shapes how I operate. I think like a founder inside the film world. Strategy, positioning, risk thinking, and execution. I understand what serious capital and credible partners need to see, and why most projects fail to communicate it. I build the film and the business architecture in the same room.

I am naturally introverted. I watch, I listen, I calibrate. That is where the taste comes from.

My foundation is physical craft. I have worked across features, shorts, commercials, and music videos, building hands-on experience in lighting, grip, camera, second unit, and sound. Coming up through those departments shaped a director-minded way of thinking on set. Story-driven visuals, not technique for its own sake. Mood, contrast, and precise control of light. I weaponize light to shape psychology and meaning.

I originate and co-write my projects. I shape story, tone, and cinematic language from the first idea to the final cut. I develop and produce elevated commercial features with a dark pulse. Style with tension. Beauty with threat. Emotion with consequence. The tone comes from my roots in Scandinavia. Long, cold, dark winters. Months of grey. Restraint, melancholy, and social distance. Heavy metal. Raw, loud, uncompromising. A disciplined relationship with shadow. Not as a gimmick, but as a language. Those roots sharpen my edge. The work itself is Hollywood studio-scale, theatrical-first cinema for global audiences.

Outside set life, I stay sharp on the inputs that shape taste. Music with steel in it. Cinema with ambition. Books that cut through noise. The point is not hobbies. The point is calibration.
