Forming in Sheffield, South Yorkshire in the year 2004, Bring Me the Horizon are an alternative band who've traversed a number of genres, from metalcore to alternative pop, rock music and everything in between. Fronted by Oli Sykes, with Matt Nicholls on drums, Matt Kean on bass, Lee Malia and John Jones as guitarists, and Jordan Fish as additional percussion/live producer, the band have become the biggest alternative act of the 21st century. Continuing to experiment, Bring Me the Horizon have been praised for their contributions to the alternative genre and credited for keeping it alive and popular in a mainstream capacity.
