Baptiste Erondel is a director and screenwriter. After several years working in music videos and advertising, he collaborated with rap, pop, and rock artists, as well as brands in France and internationally, developing a visual language attentive to identity and community, explored through a cinematic genre approach.
Trained in directing at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and INA Sup (Paris), he combines a bold artistic direction with a strong narrative sense and a solid command of digital tools and 3D animation.
With Gaze, his first fiction short film, he brings his interest in modern western aesthetics into a reflection on belonging and oppressed communities.
