Biography

Alex was born in Romania and graduated interior design. One of his lifelong passions were films and even though he was never an actor Alex was inspired by them and by their determination. Alex continues to do interior design but he is always searching for new means to express himself in artistic ways and films are one of them .

In 2011 he won 1st prize for the competition "21st century bathroom " organized by the University of Architecture and Urbanism "Ion Mincu" and Kohler Romania. Year 2013 brought him national recognition after he won 1st prize for the design competition,organized by Elle Decoration , for the reception of Novo Park Green buildings in Bucharest. In 2014 he won the 1st prize for another interior design competition for Sky Tower, the tallest business tower in Romania. The same year Alex was invited by WT SmartCity Awards, an international competition, to Milan, during design week to showcase Avis Magica model at Pallazo Isimbardi. For his concept project he received the Honorable mention. Avis Magica is a building that would grow by itself using bacteria with all the structural information and calcium . The building would afterwards act like a plant, generating oxygen, consuming CO2 and regenerating it's structure, all at the same time.
