Jesse Howland is an American film, television, and stage actor, best known for his work in NCIS, Battersea, and Witnesses. He was born and raised in rural North Carolina and is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts' two year conservatory program. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
