Biography

Ethan Hutchison is a Long Island, NY native, who now lives in Los Angeles, CA. At the tender age of 3, Ethan boldly told his parents that he was "born to be an actor." His first theatrical audition led to booking the recurring role of Jake Gaines in "The Path" at the age of 4.

Ethan is best known for his lead role as Blue Bordelon for 7 seasons of the NAACP Image Award and People's Choice Award-winning series "Queen Sugar," a role for which he was received 2 Young Artist Awards and 2 Young Entertainer Awards. He was also nominated for an NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Performance by a Youth and the BET Young Stars Award for his role in the series.

Ethan stars as Young Sam in the second season of Disney's hit mystery adventure series,"Secrets of Sulphur Springs" and made his feature film debut, winning a Young Entertainer Awards for his portrayal of Macduff's Son in A24's "The Tragedy of Macbeth."

Ethan is an avid saber fencer and produces an audio podcast called "Cubed Heroes" in his spare time.
