Josep Maria Bartomeu
Josep Maria Bartomeu is an entrepreneur and, since 2014, the President of Barcelona FC. Aside from his career in business, he has been a lifelong football fan and became a member of FC Barcelona in 1974. Forty years later he succeeded Sandro Rosell as the club's President and, under his watch, in the 2014/15 season, FC Barcelona won their first ever treble of La Liga, the Copa del Rey and UEFA Champions League titles. In 2017, he signed Lionel Messi's contract extension, tying him to the club to 2021 and making him the highest paid footballer in the world.
