Biography

Shernavaz Jijina is an Indian actor and model best known for her role as 'Shabnam' in the Amazon Prime web series 'Mirzapur.' Although she played a small role in the first season of the series, she had more screen time in the second season. Shernavaz made her acting debut with the web series 'Bang Baaja Baaraat' (2015), produced by Y-Films, in which she played the role of 'Gurpreet.' In 'Bang Baaja Baaraat,' she worked with Ali Fazal, who played 'Guddu Pandit,' one of the leading characters in 'Mirzapur.'

Besides acting in web series, Shernavaz has modeled for various brands, including Tanishq Jewellers, Dove, Flipkart, and Neesh Perfumes. She has also been featured in a music video for MTV. Shernavaz has performed in a few theatrical plays and has done two plays for Prithvi Theatre in Mumbai.

In addition to English and Hindi, Shernavaz is fluent in Gujarati, Marathi, and French.
