Biography

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Matilda Almeida studied film, documentary and visual arts before entering the industry as a casting director for commercials and television. She later transitioned into working as a Second Unit Director and Assistant Director on various scripted drama productions, both in Sweden and internationally, for broadcasters and production companies such as Swedish National Television (SVT), Warner Bros., Prime Video, and Viaplay. Over time, her work expanded into script development and production, including producing music videos for international artists such as Ghost.
