Alexis Berent developed a passion for acting at a young age. After watching a local production of 'Annie Jr.' on a school field trip, she begged her parents to start doing theatre. One summer theatre camp later and she was hooked. In high school, her focus turned from theatre to film and she begun taking videography classes and making short films. She went on to earn a bachelors in Film Studies and Electronic Media from Eastern Michigan University. While at EMU, she worked on dozens of student films and theatre productions. Also an active member of the university's news program, she hosted a news segment and co-hosted a talkshow before becoming president of the student run television station.
After getting her degree, Alexis relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico, to begin pursuing a career as an actress. Alexis made her breakthrough with her role as Rachel Jones in the Showtime mini-series ‘Waco: The Aftermath’. Her most recent appearance is in the new hit Apple TV show ‘Pluribus’ as a recurring member of the hive mind. In her free time, Alexis enjoys baking, camping, and karaoke.
