Ms. Fawn Quinones, a native of Chicago was destined to be a game changer. Millions came to know her as the beautiful and talented dancer on one of the most popular dance music shows in history, "Soul Train." As one of the first original pop lockers, she danced her way into the hearts of young girls who wanted to be just like her, and people from all walks of life throughout the nation. She created a phenomenal dancing trend that has been imitated throughout the world to this day. Ms. Fawn's dancing days will never be over through the legacy she's left behind.

In 1983 Ms. Fawn took that same energy and dedication to master any craft and stepped into another high-profile role as an executive in corporate America. Always one to break down stereotypes, Ms. Fawn made moves that resulted in becoming a pioneer and an unforgettable force in big business in America. She entered the arena as founder/president/CEO/CFO of The B.D.P. Group, Black EXPO, Home EXPO, and Minority Consumer EXPO. In less that 20 years she became president of The B.D.P. Group and the leader of Southern California's largest minority convention events. She helmed the empire and mastered an unprecedented number of achievements spanning from the east to the west coast. Ms. Fawn was the driving force galvanizing minority-owned businesses to take center stage at highly anticipated weekend EXPO events held at major convention centers throughout the United States. Her savvy business acumen made her one of the first African American/Puerto Rican females to preside as president over multiple major convention center events.

As a visionary, Ms. Fawn created a powerful networking machine for major corporations, media sponsors, local businesses, local consumers, and minority consumer experts. With the help of her progressive board members and business partners dedicating their energies into making The B.D.P. Group/Black EXPOs a powerful force in the business world ensuring empowerment and inclusivity for all levels of businesses in each city. For nearly 40 years her events have drawn record-breaking crowds attracting 25,000 to 200,000 consumers in each market.

Ms. Fawn is known for her outstanding, impressive, proven track-record that has kept her name in good standing for decades. She has a long history as a trailblazer, and is the recipient of numerous top awards including, proclamations from the Los Angeles Mayor, the city of Los Angeles, and the L.A. County Board of Supervisors. She's been a top honoree at the pre-Grammy gala celebration in Las Vegas for her outstanding achievements in the field of business. She's also received a special award of recognition from the Mayor of Compton in the city of Compton for her dedication and support to the community, to name a few.
