Biography

Annie Lareau is known for Be Somebody (2002), After the Tone (2012) and Precious Moments (2009).

She was studying abroad in London, England and was scheduled to fly the ill-fated Pan Am 103 on December 21, 1988 but she rescheduled. She lost eight classmates and friends among the 270 victims who perished in Lockerbie, Scotland.

She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York in 1990. She had spent a semester abroad in London, England in the Fall of 1988. She earned a Masters Degree of Education in the Arts in 1996 at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
